Our website does not store your personal information when you enter it into our contact form- it links directly to our secured database. This data is housed in data stored in a secure database.

How Long We retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained for one year. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store their personal information in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Analytics data is retained indefinitely. Contact forms are kept for one year. For all other services, we will keep your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outline in this Privacy Policy.

Who We Share Your Data With

We will never sell your data to another organization. The data collected may be shared with service providers and other entities who help us with business operations and product and service delivery, such as:

· Once posted, EC Elevate reserves the right to delete submissions that contain:

· language that stigmatizes others,

Further EC Elevate reserves the right to delete comments that are:

· Off-topic comments

· Promote products, services or political organizations
